4. Start a Disney World Blog
A good way to diminish some of your “after Disney vacation blues” is to start a Disney vacation blog. You don’t have to be a noteworthy author to describe your Disney experiences. Just let people know what you remember most about your Disney World vacation; the rides, attractions, food, shops, etc. Sharing your memories will not only entertain, inform, and bring joy to others, but it will also help you deal with any feelings of longing to be back at the Parks.
