3. Transportation options
When choosing your resort hotel, it’s important to understand your transportation options to the theme parks, waterparks and even other Disney resorts. With a few exceptions, you can drive your own car or a rental to the theme parks. However, many guests prefer to use Disney transportation for the sake of ease. Disney transportation options include buses, boats and monorail. As you might expect, the deluxe hotels offer multiple transportations options, while the moderate and value hotels offer less. Also, be aware that some resorts share transportation due to their location, which can slow your transport time. Others have dedicated transportation, saving time for their guests.
