2. Location
As in real estate, location is important. As expected, you will pay more for being close to the theme parks. There are four deluxe resorts just outside the Magic Kingdom, three of which are on the monorail loop. This area can be especially advantageous for families with small children who plan to spend a lot of time in the Magic Kingdom. Just outside of Epcot are five deluxe hotels, all within walking distance to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. In addition, Saratoga Springs resort is an easy walk to Disney Springs.
