4. Take a day (or two) off.

Be sure to allow enough time on your vacation for the freedom to take a day or two off between days in the parks. For example, if you spend your first day at Magic Kingdom and the second day at EPCOT, it can be a good idea to take a break from the parks on the third day. This is good for your children and for you. Disney World is a wonderful, magical place full of opportunities to make happy memories, but even happy things can be overwhelming and overstimulating to smaller children. Taking a day off from the parks could be just the recharge you and your children need.
