3. Carry Snacks
Going too long between meals when pregnant can quickly lead to nausea. This is a terrible thing to experience when on vacation. Fortunately, you might be able to nip nausea in the bud by carrying snacks with you at all times.
By munching on things throughout the day, you will never be left feeling so hungry you become sick. Additionally, this grazing will help you avoid overindulging during mealtimes and making yourself sick from eating too much.
