8. Drink Water
Staying hydrated is incredibly important for anyone visiting a Disney park. However, this is especially true for pregnant mamas.
Therefore, you will want to be sure to carry an insulated bottle at all times. Refill this bottle as needed using free cups of water from counter service locations, and be sure you're getting at least 8 ounces of water every hour.
If you feel that water isn't hydrating enough, consider adding Powerade packets to the water to add in some electrolytes.
