Disney’s ban on selfie sticks is not new, but guests unknowingly continue to bring them to the parks. This causes an inconvenience when security members confiscate them at the entrance. However, while guest safety concerns dictated the selfie stick restriction, camera tripods that fit completely into a backpack are totally acceptable to bring inside.
