6. Get in shape
You’re going to be doing a lot of walking at Walt Disney World. Some estimate that in one day at Magic Kingdom, Guests may walk as much as five to seven miles as they explore and enjoy the park. If you aren’t already into an exercise routine, your trip to Disney can be a good reason to start. Make sure you are stretching everyday, walking and/or running so that you can build your strength and endurance. The last things you want on a trip to Disney World are sore muscles and the constant scent of IcyHot.
