Sure, Walt Disney world is a business, but most guests will be quick to tell you that Disney seems like more than just a quest for great customer service. Indeed it seems that the cast members love what they do and that guest service really is one of their favorite things about doing their job. In speaking with the numerous friends I have that have worked for Walt Disney World a theme rings true, being a cast member is so much more than just a job for so many Disney employees. I think a genuine love for the company and for positive guest experiences is what sets Walt Disney World aside form other theme parks. Visiting Walt Disney World and seeing firsthand that guest safety and experience are important to cast members, will make you love Walt Disney World even more!
