1. Coronado Springs
A moderate resort on a list about spending “extra” money? Coronado Springs is really just on the cusp of being a deluxe resort in my opinion. Perhaps it’s the resort’s status as a convention resort, and it sees just as many guests visiting on business as it does families on vacation, but the room accommodations, dining options, and overall theme are really closer to a deluxe status than the other moderates. Speaking of “extra” money though-- enhancements are certainly coming to this resort in the future with the construction of the sky gondola system and other refurbishments taking place around the resort. If you do not have a reservation already booked, prices may begin to rise through the new year.
