2. Rope-Drop
When planning your first WDW trip, you will come across many blogs that urge you to arrive at the parks for “rope drop”. What does that mean? “Rope-Drop” refers to when guests arrive at the gates before the park actually opens. They wait in eager anticipation to run into the parks as soon as the rope barring the entrance has been literally… dropped. (This is a great piece of advice for newbies, as arriving at the crack of dawn will earn you significant ride time!) Even the most dedicated night owls may find themselves rising early for this perk.
