10. Failing to do research
Nearly any mistake one can make at the Walt Disney World Resort goes back to failing to do research. There are some vacations where you simply pay for your trip and everything is done for you—Disney is not one of those trips. Even if you use a travel agent, you’ll still need to communicate you expectations to him or her ahead of time so they can make all of your arrangements. Before you go you should definitely research what the parks have to offer, how much spending money to bring, which attractions may be closed for refurbishment, and probably more depending on your specific trip.
