4. Specialty Mac ’n’ Cheese
Back in the Animal Kingdom (because, let’s face it, that’s the place to be these days at Disney World) the Eight Spoon Cafe serves up one of the most hearty and delicious savory snacks around. Again, it’s easy to miss this little kiosk near the Mickey and Minnie greeting spot. But if you keep your eyes peeled, you’ll be rewarded with yummy comfort food topped with either shrimp or pulled pork. It counts as a snack credit if you’re on the Dining Plan, but also works as a light lunch for me.
