3. Front Desk Services
If you’re staying on-property, the cast members at your resort are there to serve in every way. They can aid with late check out requests, additional amenity requests, and even key/Magic Band replacement (SUPER helpful since those things have a way of wandering off). Also, after hours, the front desk serves as Concierge Services, ready to help with your reservations, transportation, lock boxes, shipping, and more.
