7. Enchiladas Verdes con Pollo, San Angel Inn Restaurante
Yes, we’re back at the Mexico pavilion. What can I say? I really like Mexican food. While La Hacienda focuses more on seafood, San Angel Inn is more land-based. My favorite here are the Enchiladas Verdes con Pollo, or green enchiladas with chicken. Corn tortillas are filled with pulled chicken, covered with a green tomatillo sauce, and topped with onions, sour cream, and queso fresco. Add beans and rice and you have a perfect meal!
