4. Teppan Edo
If you’re a fan of hibachi like I am, then this is a must-do on your next trip. At the top of the long flight of stairs in the Japan pavilion is Teppan Edo, which combines an authentic Japanese meal with a show performed by your chef. You’ll be able to enjoy Udon noodles and steamed rice along with a steak, chicken, seafood or vegetable entrée. You can also enjoy sushi rolls, tempura and edamame. Plus, if you’re 21 or older, you can enjoy Japanese beer, wine or even sake if you’re feeling adventurous!
