8. Pack accordingly
Florida is known as “The Sunshine State” however it does not have a lack of rainy days. Anyone who has been through a central Florida thunderstorm knows it can be quite torrential. A Florida summer can also be exhausting from the extreme heat and humidity. This can lead to some stressful days if you don’t pack accordingly. I always make a list and prepare for any situation that may occur. Even bringing a light weight jacket if you visit during the winter months. It may sound crazy but Orlando can get very cold at night certain times of the year.
