4. Cancel Reservations You Don’t Want
Canceling dining reservations in a timely manner does not just ensure you don’t pay a cancellation fee, it’s also kind to other guests. If you know that you no longer want to attend a dining reservation you made when planning the trip, cancel it as soon as you are sure. This frees up more time for the reservation to be snagged by another family looking to enjoy the restaurant.
